DIADORA RETURNS WITH THE B.ELITE

Distinguished Italian sports wear brand Diadora are re-launching some of their classic footwear styles this Autumn. The limited editon B.Elite is the first to hit the U.K as of November exclusively in footpatrol.

The B.Elite is has become an iconic heritage classic from it's original release in 1981 and is also the signature shoe of the sporting legend and eleven times grand slam winner Bjorn Borg.

Diadora has been around since 1948!! And for as long as I can remember has been the football boot I chose throughout my secondary school football career.

Even today the likes of Antionio Cassano, Filippo Inzaghi and Francesco Totti wear Diadora footwear.

ICON BRAND 'PIECES OF NOWHERE'

I have mentioned Icon before and their collaboration with British meswear designer Martine Rose. This time the Icon guys are back with this little feature video on a young street busker(Jack Dawson)they found outside the venue where they were holding an event. The Icon guys loved Jack's music a lot and decided to invited him to perform at the event of over 400 people and alongside a seasoned line up.

The guests are fully decked out in Icon accessories which are inspired by items from a travelling band that have been lost, found, stolen and borrowed along the way.

Check out the video below, it features some great pieces.

NICHOLAS DEAKINS AW11 'FORREST BOOT'

Nicholas Deakins have taken inspiration from classic outdoor hiking and combined it with influences from urban city landscapes to produce a shoe that not only shows off their superb design qualities but also the integrity of the brand, as they are ever evolving and producing key trends.

The boot boasts metal fastenings for the laces in keeping with the outdoors feel, the boot features the on trend contrast white vibram outsole for added comfort and durability. The Forrest boot comes in 3 colour ways Navy, Camel and Brown. They feature a chambray lining which I must say is a great attention to detail and for £120 your winter footwear is sorted.

MARTINE ROSE X ICON BRAND

This inspiring video captures the perfect marriage between Martine Rose and Icon Brand, it is apparent from the video that Martine Rose has an eye for detail and customisation and draws influences from the 1970's California skate and surf culture, Pair that with Australia's Icon Brand and their ability to create jewellery that conveys raw masculinity and a rock and roll edge, you get without a doubt a collaboration that not only reflects great fashion but also a way of life.
